Rebounding itself is an ab-training as it requires core-engagement throughout the workout. Besides the classic rebounding format, this class features core exercises in between rebounding and at the end of the class that works your obliques and strengthens your core.
Booking Terms & Conditions:
· Bookings are based on a first-come-first-serve basis
· Cancellations have to done individually even if the booking was made by sharing member
· Any cancellations after 8pm the day before class or no shows shall incur a single session deduction from your package or a single day reduction for unlimited members
· You are required to check-in at our counter before class. Kulture Studios may release your spot if your attendance is not taken 15mins after class starts
